Scrum Project Manager

You will be joining NTT DATA as a Scrum Project Manager in BLR/HYD/CHN/NOI/PUN, Karnataka (IN-KA), India (IN). Once you are here, you will: - Manage sprint reviews, scrum ceremonies, and backlog to meet project requirements. - Mentor team and project partners in agile standard methodologies. - Manage agile toolsets, project support, and priority gathering. - Utilize data to measure performance results and monitor progress. - Drive overall coordination with stakeholders and the team. Required Qualifications: - 8 years of experience in Tech Lead/Scrum Master. - 5 years of experience in Agile project management. - Holds 2 of the following current certifications: PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, ICAgile Certified Coach, Certified Scrum Professional, SAFe Agilist. Preferred: - Experience with JIRA and Confluence preferred. Ideal Mindset: - Focus: Responsible for maintaining team focus and eliminating distractions. - Coaching: Provide knowledge of agile methodology and improve practices for overall efficiency.,
