Urgent Opening Scrum Master Uipath Responsibilities will include: Build RPA delivery plans- assess risks, resolve dependencies, review estimates, adopt agile practices and drive delivery teams to achieve objectives. Making sure the Scrum team understands Agile practices, the Scrum framework and values, and that the team uses this framework to deliver working software to satisfy customers and react to their needs quickly Transforming the Scrum team to become self-organizing to reduce management overhead costs, using techniques such as Systems and Lean thinking Acting as the process owner for the team, and maintaining relationships with the project's key stakeholders The skills needed - We're looking for someone with experience of successful Scrum adoption along with a Scrum Master certification or Safe Agilist. You'll need knowledge of modern development practices and tools, as well as a background in coaching cross-functional teams into high performing teams. Well versed with Jira, Kanban board. Have experienced at least 4-7 RPA UiPath delivery cycles as a SM. Overall, 10 years of IT experience with project management experience of at least 2-3 years. Experience in methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum and Kanban
