Job Description

Minimum qualifications: • Overall 4+ years of experience with minimum of 2+ years as a Project Manager / Scrum Master • Proactive and can do’ attitude with the drive to deliver • Willingness (and aptitude) to understand the subject matter of what your teams are delivering • Ability to collaborate well with a wide variety of people • Strong oral (presentation + conversational communication) and written skills • Strong number years of experience as a scrum master of 1 or more teams in an IT environment • Must have experience in a SAFe IT delivery model • Must have the ability to work with JIRA, Confluence, Mural and Service Now • Must have the ability to influence deadlines to internal teams and external partners Preferred Qualifications: • SAFE Agile Certifications are a plus • Supporting Azure and Microsoft .NET technologies releases is a plus
