Scrum Master (Sr. Software Engineer)

You are a Scrum Master with 8 to 10 years of experience and a solid understanding of Agile methodologies. Your role involves managing the Chubb Life digital application and supporting digital microsites across the APAC region. You will work closely with the development team, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure adherence to Scrum principles, facilitate Scrum events, and promote transparency within the team. Your coaching skills will be crucial in upskilling team members and driving continuous improvement. Your key responsibilities include facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. You will address obstacles, conflicts, or issues that hinder the development team's progress. Collaboration with product owners, stakeholders, and team members to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and project requirements is also essential. Utilizing project management tools like JIRA and Confluence for project management and collaboration will be part of your role. Moreover, supporting and guiding the team in adopting agile engineering practices, including test-driven development and automated testing, is a key aspect of your responsibilities. Preferred skills and experience for this role include proficiency in utilizing Agile project management tools like JIRA and Confluence.
