SCRUM Master-RPA\Tableau\ Analytics

As a Scrum Master at CGI, you will play a crucial role in building high-performing teams and ensuring successful product delivery by leveraging your deep understanding of Agile principles and team dynamics. Your responsibilities will include teaching Agile practices to the team, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and protecting the team from external distractions. You will act as a personal coach for team members, fostering continuous improvement and innovation within the team. Your primary focus will be on managing the Data Management Platform (DMP) tools stack, which includes Informatica MDM, Informatica Data Quality, Collibra Data Governance, AWS services, and other data tools. You will be responsible for coordinating daily standup and other Scrum-related meetings with the Operations team and business partners, identifying and mitigating issues and risks, and ensuring timely resolution of impediments. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the operations manager on work requests, prioritization, and strategic initiatives. You will also support the execution and implementation of operational initiatives, including milestone reporting and metrics tracking. Additionally, you will ensure transparency and visibility of projects and tasks through agile metrics, collaborative tools, and best practices. To be successful in this role, you should have 8-12 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a focus on driving Scrum processes and guiding the team towards sprint goals. A degree in B.E. / B.Tech or equivalent engineering field is required, along with at least 3 years of experience in delivering data products or solutions. Familiarity with RPA tools, Tableau, and data virtualization tools is essential, as well as strong organizational and time management skills. Experience with tools like Confluence, Jira, and Miro, along with a background in Agile and Scrum environments, will be beneficial. Previous exposure to Kanban and RPA operations is a plus.
