Scrum Master

Responsibilities include:

• Serving as a technical point of contact for electrical systems.
• Providing in-depth knowledge and analysis of electrical components.
• Offering technical guidance on product development and supporting verification/validation activities.
• Ensuring compliance with electrical codes and standards (e.g., IEC, IEEE, UL).
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to industry technical committees.
• Communicating technical information clearly and concisely.
• Preparing technical reports and presentations.
• Mentoring junior engineers and sharing knowledge.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Understanding of electrical device technical characteristics and their mapping across different units.
• Knowledge of software development processes (e.g., waterfall, scrum).
• Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Strong work ethics, high self-motivation, and communication skills.
