Description
You will play a vital role as a Project Coordinator and Scrum Master in our dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include: - Facilitating scrum events such as daily stand-ups and other meetings. - Capacity planning, user stories estimation, and maintaining product and sprint backlogs in collaboration with the Product Owner. - Ensuring the team makes continuous progress by assisting in task assignment, removing obstacles, and shielding the team from distractions. - Collaborating with Product Owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog. - Coordinating project activities and deliverables to ensure timely completion of milestones. - Analyzing client requirements and translating them into technical documents. - Administering JIRA for efficient tracking and management of project tasks and issues. - Developing comprehensive test cases based on project requirements. - Collaborating with the testing team to ensure thorough test coverage. To excel in this role, you must possess: - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Experience in User Story Creation. - Proficiency in JIRA and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. - Strong teamwork, learning, and self-starting capabilities. - Proactive and efficient in task execution. - Self-driven with the ability to manage workload independently. Qualifications: - Preferred Bachelor's or Master's degree. - Minimum 1 year of experience in scrum and project coordination. - Proficiency in English. - Experience in working with or leading a team. Key Skills: - Agile Methodology, Scrum, Sprint. - Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). - User Story Creation. - Testing, UAT, Sanity Testing. - Project Management and Planning. - JIRA. - Strong communication skills.
