Mentor a 4-Member Tech Team Run daily standups, provide escalated support, and lead remediation work based on Essential 8 controls. Perform Gap Analysis & Security Reviews Collaborate with clients to identify risks, create action plans, and implement technical improvements. Stay Ahead of Threats Apply Microsofts latest security guidance, including conditional access, MFA, Secure Score, DLP, Defender integrations, and more. What You Bring : 5+ years as a Microsoft 365 Administrator or Security Engineer. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 security configurations, conditional access, and Azure AD policies. Prior experience leading small teams or mentoring junior staff. Strong communication skills youre comfortable in both technical and client-facing conversations.
