Job Summary:As a Scrum Master at Hexure, you will facilitate agile processes, remove impediments, and ensure the team delivers high-quality software efficiently.
Responsibilities:Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.Coach the team on agile principles and practices.Track and report sprint progress using Jira or similar tools.Remove blockers and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Collaborate with product owners to refine backlog and priorities.Qualifications:12+ years experienced and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent.Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.Excellent communication and facilitation skills.Experience working with software development teams.
