As a Scrum Master - Transformation Delivery Senior Consultant at EY, you will play a crucial role in guiding and coaching the Scrum Team to deliver high-quality products and services using Agile practices and principles. Your responsibilities will include building high-performing teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum theory, resolving team impediments, and driving decision-making with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, you will facilitate and support all Scrum events to promote effective collaboration within the team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Guide and coach the Scrum Team on Agile practices and principles - Build high performing teams through coaching and development techniques - Ensure adherence to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines - Foster self-organization, cross-functional skillset, and effective communication within the team - Collaborate with stakeholders to influence decision-making and support project teams - Resolve team impediments and contribute to the advancement of Agile practices - Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective **Qualifications Required:** - Graduates / BE - B.
