Job title: Lead - Scrum Master

Candidate Specification: Minimum 8 years of experience in Scrum Master

  • 3
  • 5 years in Agile environments or Scrum Master roles.
  • Exposure to scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally.
  • Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and Lean principles (preferred)
  • Ability to work equally with business and technology partners.
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II) required.
