Who are we looking for

We are looking for a skilled Scrum Master to join our rapidly growing team. As we scale, we seek a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in an agile, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be adept at facilitating agile ceremonies, coaching teams toward high performance, and continuously improving team collaboration and delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Agile teams in the effective implementation of Scrum practices and principles.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, sprint reviews, and backlog refinement sessions.
  • Coach the team to ensure Agile/Scrum methodologies are understood, adopted, and optimized.
  • Actively manage and resolve impediments impacting the team's ability to deliver.
  • Use tools like Jira and Azure DevOps (ADo) for agile project tracking, issue management, and reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and clear communication.
  • Monitor and report team metrics, velocity, sprint burndowns, and other KPIs to continuously enhance performance.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflow and delivery efficiency.
  • Promote a culture of transparency, collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability within the team.

Requirements:

  • 47 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Project Lead.
  • Proven hands-on experience managing Agile projects using tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps (ADo).
  • Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), and best practices.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification preferred.
  • Strong ability to facilitate discussions, manage conflicts, and influence decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
  • Experience coaching agile teams to achieve increased productivity, transparency, and collaboration.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities, able to identify and resolve risks and impediments promptly.
  • Demonstrated capability in driving continuous process improvements and fostering agile maturity.
