Scrum Master (Embedded Software & Electrical)

As a Scrum Master at Stryker, you will be responsible for facilitating all Scrum ceremonies such as Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives to ensure effective communication within the team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the scrum team's effectiveness and collaborate with cross-functional teams including embedded software engineers, electrical engineers, product owners, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products. Your key responsibilities include tracking and reporting the team's progress, providing coaching on Agile principles, and planning Scrum implementation within the organization.
