Job Description

As a Scrum Master with 7-9 years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for overseeing the design issues and best practices, as well as having a solid understanding of object-oriented programming. You will also need to be familiar with various design, architectural patterns, and software development processes. Your role will include: - Experience with both external and embedded databases - Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes - Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests - Analyzing user requirements and envisioning system features and functionality - Designing, building, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable Java codes by setting expectations and features priorities throughout the development life cycle - Identifying bottlenecks and bugs, and recommending system solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of custom development Qualifications required for this position include in-depth knowledge of design issues, best practices, and the ability to communicate effectively with remote teams. The role is specifically based in Chennai and requires good verbal and written communication skills, as well as flexibility to travel.,
