Access Management - Experience/Exposure min 1Y of experience
SHOULD HAVE: Knowledge and experience on Access Recertification Cycle and Process. Understanding on:
How user access review is completed for standard and elevated access
Application and Infrastructure review and knowledge
Good knowledge on Privilege Access
Knowledge of OneCert (identity lifecycle management tool) workflows and functionalities, including provisioning rules, workflow triggers, and certification panel configuration
Knowledge of how to design, assign, and manage roles based on job functions and organizational hierarchies in OneCert (RBAC); understanding role hierarchies, role engineering, and periodic role reviews
Ensuring least-privilege principle - minimal access rights for users based on job functions
Familiarity with OneCerts Certification Campaigns (knowledge of planning and executing access certification campaigns to validate user access and ensure compliance)
Understanding how entitlements (permissions / access rights) are structured and managed in OneCert
Knowledge of key tools used in Access Management:
OneCert (for identity lifecycle management, certification campaigns, and reporting)
PeopleSoft HR System (for data integration and sourcing user attributes for JML processes)
Azure DevOps (ADO), JIRA, and Confluence (for backlog management, sprint tracking, and tasks collaboration)
GOOD TO HAVE: Knowledge of Joiner/Mover/Leaver [JML] lifecycle and processes - understanding a) how user access is provisioned upon onboarding, including Birthright access and role assignments based on the user's job function, b) managing access transitions when users change roles, departments, or locations, including reassignment, removal of old entitlements, and provisioning of new ones, c) ensuring timely de-provisioning of access when users leave the organization to prevent orphaned accounts or security risks
Understanding of ICS metrics, controls, standards and policies - preferable
Agile Project Management - min 1-2Y of experience
Cyber Risk Experience/Exposure – preferable

Responsibilities:
An SM you will be responsible for ensuring progress is made in ICS Protect team - Access Management within Identity and Access Management domain, promoting and supporting the Agile Manifesto and helping stakeholders understand Scrum theory, practices, rules, and values and how they are applied in the Group under CDS and E-SDLC.
Facilitate team events to ensure regular progress and that ceremonies achieve their desired purpose
Educate and coach team members and stakeholders on Scrum/Agile principles
Work closely with ICS and Front Office Stakeholders to ensure that requirements are in line with the bank’s strategy
Help the Product Owner and team members to manage the Backlog to maximise value
Enable Squad members to meet their expected outcomes by supporting them in problem identification, root cause analysis, and decision-making.
Improve Squad performance by applying effective performance management controls leveraging input from relevant stakeholders leading onto providing corrective actions when necessary.
Contribute to Scrum of Scrums (where applicable) to resolve blockers, propose improvements, and discuss lessons learnt
Engage with third-party vendors as appropriate for the project
Participate in Quarterly BRP and understand any new skills needed, resource demand management, risks, allocations.
Follow the bank’s project methodology and drive enhancements to it where appropriate
Manage projects in line with ePMO standards. Ensuring Clarity and ADO is up to date including Project static, RAG status, key milestones, financials, risks, dependencies, issues and resource forecasts, and they are tracked and reported to the appropriate governance bodies.
