Project Overview: The scrum master will work in the Systems team of TA Solution Train. System team will be responsible for delivering cross cutting common libraries to enable other capabilities to deliver business values.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering
L3 : 10 +yrs (Relevant Experience 5+ Years)

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives for globally distributed teams.
Remove impediments and coach the team to develop solutions autonomously.
Ensure team adherence to Agile values and principles while driving continuous improvement.
Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy and well-groomed backlog.
Collaborate with engineering leads to plan and coordinate releases, ensuring technical dependencies are identified and managed.
Monitor and report on key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time).
Promote DevOps practices such as CI/CD, automation, and test-driven development.
Champion Agile best practices across engineering, QA, and infrastructure teams.
Help implement and optimize Agile tooling (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
Guide teams through complex problem-solving involving architecture, design, or technical constraints.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, including at least 2 years supporting technical or engineering-focused teams.

Must have Skills –

Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
Experience working closely with software engineers, DevOps teams, and product owners.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
Proficient in Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools.
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM) required.

Nice to have Skills :

Experience working with globally distributed teams.
Background in software engineering or systems architecture.
Experience in scaled Agile environments (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
Technical certifications (AWS, Azure, or relevant engineering certs).
Good Communication Skills
