Job Description

As a Senior Scrum Master for the Banking Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team's transformation journey. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding the project scope, goals, and deliverables, and effectively communicating project requirements to team members and stakeholders. - Helping stakeholders in planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones, and monitoring the team's progress against delivery goals for product releases. - Identifying and resolving issues and conflicts within the project team, and driving and leading scrum activities for the ongoing sprints. - Developing best practices and tools for project execution and management, and implementing process improvements within teams. - Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and coaching them to higher levels of maturity, focusing on servant leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, and continual improvement. Qualifications Required: - Overall experience of 8+ years with at least 3+ years as a Scrum Master in the Banking Domain. - Good understanding of SDLC, preferably with experience in a technical role in previous projects. - Experience with Jira and other Agile development tools, working with globally spread cross-functional teams, and managing onshore/offshore teams. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a deep understanding of agile practices, software development fundamentals, and iterative development. Additionally, it would be desirable to have Scrum Certifications from reputed institutes for this role.,
