Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage projects endtoend using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Daily Standup, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective.
Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
Actively organize and enhance the agility approach across subteams.
Collaborate with Product Owner and stakeholders for backlog clarity and prioritization.
Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth development execution.
Track project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and stakeholder communication.

Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on experience as Scrum Master and Project Manager.
Deep knowledge of Scrum, Agile frameworks, and team facilitation.
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
Proven ability to work with multiple teams and manage cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred certifications: CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, PMP.
