Summary:As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will oversee the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects aimed at achieving specific business outcomes. Your typical day will involve defining project scopes, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and effectively communicating with various stakeholders to manage their expectations, address issues, and ensure successful outcomes. You will engage in strategic planning and problem-solving, ensuring that all aspects of the project align with the overall business objectives while fostering a collaborative environment among team members and stakeholders.
Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate regular meetings to ensure alignment and progress tracking across all project phases.

Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project challenges.
