Job Title: Full-Time Script Writer – YouTube Long Form Content Location: On-Site (New Delhi preferred) Type: Full-Time About the Role: We’re a video production agency working on YouTube content for a client, and we’re looking for a full-time on-site Script Writer who can craft engaging, long-form episode-style scripts. The content is research-based, storytelling-driven, and tailored for the Indian audience. Requirements: Should be able to write scripts for long-form YouTube videos (like web series, storytelling, commentary, etc.) Add humour, emotions, and engaging moments to keep viewers hooked Must write in a natural, simple Hinglish tone (mix of Hindi + English) Good at researching and turning ideas into strong scripts Open to feedback and ready to improve with the team What We’re Looking For: 1–3 years of experience in scriptwriting (YouTube, podcasts, or long-form content) Strong storytelling and research abilities Good understanding of Indian viewers and digital content trends Must be comfortable working from our Gurgaon office (5 days a week) Creative mindset with the ability to meet deadlines What You’ll Get: Stable full time role with a fixed monthly salary Opportunity to work with a growing video production agency Creative freedom and idea ownership Collaborative team environment Long-term growth opportunities based on performance
