Key Responsibilities

• Incorporate

• Research trends in kids’ media and bring fresh, creative ideas.
• Revise and improve scripts based on team feedback.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience

  writing for kids’ content (YouTube, TV, books, or animation).
• Excellent storytelling skills with a knack for

  rhymes, repetition, and rhythm

  .
• Strong understanding of

  child psychology

  and what engages kids aged 2–8.
• Ability to write

  short, visually rich, and easily animatable scripts

  .
• Collaborative, open to feedback, and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with YouTube kids’ content formats is a big plus.

Nice-to-Have

• Background in early childhood education or experience working with children.
• Experience with

  song lyrics writing

  or adapting classic rhymes.
