About the Role

We are looking for a creative and experienced Script Writer who can write engaging, high-retention scripts for our Instagram content. The strategy, tone, and content direction will already be defined — your role is to execute the vision through powerful scripts.

This role is ideal for someone who understands Instagram trends, storytelling, drama, hooks, and short-form content psychology.

Key Responsibilities

• Write 12–15 high-quality scripts per month for Instagram reels

• Follow the given content strategy, format, and tone

• Create engaging hooks, dialogues, and punchlines

• Adapt writing style based on restaurant, brand, or trend-based content

• Ensure scripts are optimized for short attention span & virality

• Work closely with the content & marketing team for revisions

• Deliver scripts on time with consistency and creativity. The candidate will be responsible for developing concise, engaging screenplays optimized for Instagram formats, including Reels, Stories, and short videos.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in scriptwriting or content writing

• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels & short-form storytelling

• Ability to write in a conversational, dramatic, and engaging tone

• Experience with brand or restaurant-related content is a plus

• Should understand hooks, emotions, pacing & relatability

• Comfortable working with given formats and creative guidelines

Good to Have

• Experience writing for creators or brands

• Knowledge of viral content trends

• Understanding of food, lifestyle, or hospitality content

• Ability to think creatively while following a structure
