About the Role:

We are seeking a highly creative and adaptable screenwriter to join our AI-led storytelling

team focused on live-action vertical micro-dramas (1–3 minute episodic content). You will

craft compelling, emotionally resonant scripts designed for mobile-first viewing experiences.

Your writing will work hand-in-hand with generative AI tools for storyboarding, casting, motion,

and visual generation.

Key Responsibilities:

● Write short-form screenplay scripts (1–3 mins) optimized for vertical video format and mobile storytelling

● Develop original concepts and translate creative briefs into fast-paced, emotionally engaging narratives

● Collaborate with creative directors, AI engineers, and editors to integrate AI-generated visuals, performances, and motion

● Adapt traditional story arcs into short, episodic micro-content designed for daily release formats

● Refine dialogue, character arcs, and scene dynamics to suit AI-generated environments and performances

● Maintain consistent tone and character voice across episodes, genres, and story worlds

● Use scriptwriting tools that may plug into Gen AI pipelines (e.g., LTX Studio, Runway, Sora-like workflows)

Qualifications:

● Minimum 3 years of experience in screenwriting for short-form, digital, or streaming content

● Strong understanding of mobile storytelling trends, vertical video pacing, and audience retention tactics

● Experience writing for live-action productions, preferably in drama, romance, thriller, or fantasy genres

● Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools (optional but a major plus)

● Ability to write tight, emotionally punchy scenes with strong hooks and cliffhangers

● Excellent command of visual storytelling, dialogue writing, and episodic structure

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative production environment

Bonus Points:

● Experience in TikTok/Reel-style storytelling or serialized fiction

● Prior work with AI-generated characters, environments, or tools like LTX, Pika, or Runway

● Bilingual writing capability (e.g., English + Hindi)
