Scorecard Design and Management Lead Analyst - VP - Banking & International

As a Hands-on Senior Data Engineer and Architect at Citi, you will be responsible for designing and architecting high-performance Analytical Dashboard & Performance Metrics used by senior stakeholders across the Banking and International (B&I) franchise. You will collaborate with teams from B&I Data, Risk, Finance, and Technology to develop and deploy minimum viable products (MVP) and ready-to-deploy solutions. Your role will involve designing, building, and enhancing data-intensive solutions, improving data quality processes, and ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of various dashboards and reports. You will also monitor and enhance the reliability, performance, and scalability of data services. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, and enhance high-performance, data-intensive solutions throughout the data lifecycle including acquisition, rendering, visualization, and distribution. - Enhance existing data quality processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of various dashboards and reports. - Guide revisions of presentation content for Governance forums. - Monitor and improve reliability, performance, and scalability of data services. - Coordinate work within the team or project group, escalating issues as needed. - Liaise with multiple Data teams and serve as a subject matter expert for project deliverables and processes. - Prework on governance agenda and highlight relevant dependencies and risks. Qualifications: - 15 years of experience in the Banking or Finance industry. - Strong understanding of business analysis, project management, and solution design. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to drive consensus and influence relationships at all levels. - Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Tableau. - Familiarity with reading/writing to database systems and working with various data formats. - Experience in building and consuming APIs, DataOps, CI/CD, and automation of ETL pipelines. - Interest in designing data-driven products. - Good foundation in implementing Data Engineering key concepts with open-source libraries. - Adaptable, creative, resourceful, well-organized team player with strong work ethics. Education: - Bachelor's/University degree, master's degree preferred.
