Scorecard Design and Management Lead Analyst - VP - Banking & International

As a Hands-on Senior Data Engineer and Architect at Citi, your primary responsibility will be to design and architect high-performance Analytical Dashboard & Performance Metrics for senior stakeholders in the Banking and International (B&I) franchise. You will collaborate with teams across B&I Data and subject matter experts from Risk/Finance/Technology to develop and deploy both minimum viable products (MVP) and ready-to-deploy solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, build, and enhance high-performance, data-intensive solutions from data acquisition to visualization and distribution. - Build and enhance data quality processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of various dashboards and reports. - Monitor and improve the reliability, performance, and scalability of data services. - Coordinate work within the team or project group and escalate issues when necessary. - Liaise with multiple Data teams/departments and serve as a subject matter expert for planning and analysis of project deliverables and processes. - Prework on the governance agenda and highlight relevant dependencies and risks before senior management review. **Qualifications:** - 15 years of experience, preferably in the Banking or Finance industry. - Strong understanding of business analysis, project management, and solution design. - Effective communication skills with the ability to drive consensus and influence relationships at all levels. - Broad understanding of the business technology landscape, ability to design reports, and strong analytical skills. - Excellent proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau, and working with various data formats. - Familiarity with ETL processes, Task/Job Schedulers, and troubleshooting technical issues. - Experience in building and consuming APIs, DataOps, CI/CD, and automation of ETL pipelines. - Interest in designing data-driven products and implementing Data Engineering key concepts with open-source libraries. - Adaptable, creative, resourceful, well-organized team player with a strong work ethic. **Education:** - Bachelor's/University degree, with a master's degree preferred.
