  • Daily review of SCOM MS server health, alerts and dashboard and share the alerts to server manage teams and concern teams.
  • Fetching and creating SCOM reports and share to concern team on demand.
  • Daily mail check.
  • Daily checking of SCOM inventory servers health and Agent status in SCOM console.
  • We send the active alert reports on daily basis (IST & EST) to Sheel Kumar ASP/TPA.
  • Weekly reports: Crown Jewel server state in SCOM console.
  • ILMS Report weekly.
  • Grayed Out & Not Monitored servers list to concern team.
  • Weekly SCOM Details and Weekly Manual Incidents Report.
  • Alert sharing procedure shown of hostname nomenclature given for concerned teams (RIM, CIM, IPS, SEL2, DBA etc.).
  • Weekly report: PAM Infra Report and other on demand reports requested by the users.
  • Incident Creation and closing and working on work orders assigned to systems monitoring bin.
  • Issue sort out of on SCOM users.
  • SCOM certificate check.
  • PMP server & reports.
  • SCOM agent maintenance mode on SCOM console.

L2 : -

  • Perform administrative tasks from the Operation Manager console, provide application support for the SCOM platform and create and maintain monitoring and notification rules.
  • Review and update SCOM console security, apply patches, Update Rollup, create SCOM console roles and views.
  • Deliver SCOM views via Remote Desktop Web Access, create custom reports on results of SCOM monitoring, using SQL Server Reporting Services, and provide problem resolution for SCOM components and related custom scripts.
  • Responsible for troubleshooting of all agents (Windows & Linux) reporting issues.
  • Responsible for upgradation, Migration, Database migration of existing SCOM infra.
  • Installation Management Pack, custom Management Packs and management pack tuning as needed.
  • Handling and managing issues SCOM management servers, SSRS server and SCOM database server and providing training to SCOM L1 engineers.
  • Working on Installation, Maintenance of Operation Managers Roles: Management Server, Operation Console, Web Console and reporting.
  • Working with different Teams to collect requirement on monitoring scope and custom monitoring.
  • Checking daily emails and provide the solution of users queries related to SCOM monitoring.
  • Handling and Providing day to day support for L2\L3 level issues of SCOM.
  • Conduct a daily review of system logs, alerts and dashboard to identify any abnormalities or potentials issues.
  • Onboarding the devices (Windows & Linux) and applications into monitoring and troubleshoot agent communication issues.
  • Managing Patch Manager Plus. Performing all administrative level tasks, manage compliance reports, scheduling patch reports. Managing users management and assign role permissions.
  • Working on change management & incident management to raise and close the change & incident requests.
  • Managing Power Bi Gateway service and provides the supports for refreshing the BI reports through On-premise BI Gateway server.
