SCM Specialist Labeling and Artwork Management

Role Overview: As a specialist in Labeling and Artwork management, your primary responsibility will be to create, revise, and manage artwork for specific areas or products. You will play a crucial role in ensuring effective artwork development and maintenance in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and customers. Key Responsibilities: - Execute artwork revision works as planned for specific areas or products - Manage the execution of artwork development and maintenance with relevant multidisciplinary teams and/or customers according to the effective SOPs - Manage end-to-end artwork changes using knowledge of regulatory processes, Supply Chain, and production environments - Control priority within your product portfolio to ensure a stable supply of the product - Contribute to cross-functional processes such as Change control of Text and/or Artwork (CCTA), SPD Change control, CMC - Support product launch and product life cycle projects for LMG related activities - Support training, document control, and deviations - Support necessary business processes and systems for LMG such as Artwork Management System, Agency management, and data management Qualifications Required: - Experience of more than 2 years with Artwork process, change control in GMP environment, or equivalent expertise in areas like RA, QA, supply chain, and manufacturing (GxP oriented) - Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to build friendly cooperative relationships with surroundings, including external parties - Good knowledge and understanding of the packaging printing environment Additional Details: Astellas Global Capability Centres (GCCs) are strategically located sites in India, Poland, and Mexico, aimed at accessing talent across various functions in the value chain and co-locating core capabilities.
