SCM Specialist Labeling and Artwork Management

As a Labeling and Artwork Management Specialist at the company, your role involves creating, revising, and managing artwork for specific areas or products. You will execute artwork revision works as planned and manage the development and maintenance of artwork with multidisciplinary teams and customers following effective SOPs. Your responsibilities also include managing end-to-end artwork changes using regulatory processes, supply chain knowledge, and production environments. Additionally, you will control priorities within your product portfolio to ensure a stable product supply. Key Responsibilities: - Execute artwork revision works for specific areas or products - Manage artwork development and maintenance with multidisciplinary teams and customers - Handle end-to-end artwork changes using regulatory processes - Control priorities within your product portfolio for stable product supply - Contribute to cross-functional processes such as Change Control of Text and/or Artwork (CCTA), SPD Change Control, and CMC - Support product launch and product life cycle projects for LMG related activities - Assist in training, document control, and deviations - Support necessary business processes and systems for LMG like Artwork Management System and Agency management Qualifications Required: - More than 2 years of experience with Artwork process and change control in a GMP environment or equivalent expertise in areas like RA, QA, supply chain, and manufacturing (GxP oriented) - Bachelor's degree or equivalent education - Cross-functional collaboration skills, able to build cooperative relationships with surroundings and external parties - Good knowledge and understanding of the packaging printing environment In addition to your role responsibilities, you will be working in the Astellas Global Capability Centres (GCCs) located in India, Poland, and Mexico. These strategic sites enable access to talent across various functions in the value chain and co-locate core capabilities for operational efficiency, resilience, and innovation potential.
