Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the Supply Chain Localization Project and other supply chain projects from inception to completion.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against these benchmarks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and operations, to ensure project objectives are met.
Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success.
Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain department.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably within the supply chain sector.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices. • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
