SCM IMS Project Manager

Role Overview: As a Transformation Project Manager in the Supply Chain Management IMS team, you will play a crucial role in managing projects and processes with limited oversight. Your responsibilities include overseeing multiple projects, ensuring timely completion, monitoring and adjusting project requirements, providing improvement ideas, coordinating project activities, maintaining a strategic role in Stakeholders liaison, data gathering, data analysis, and reporting to management regularly. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, plan, and execute projects or processes independently - Ensure timely and successful completion of multiple projects and priorities - Monitor and adjust project requirements within the assigned area - Provide improvement ideas for project enhancement - Coordinate project activities to meet cost, delivery, and quality targets - Maintain a strategic role in Stakeholders liaison - Conduct data gathering and analysis - Regularly report to management on project-related issues Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain or Procurement Operations - Experience working in multinational companies - Strong problem-solving attitude and critical thinking skills - Process-driven approach to project management - Experience in stakeholder management - Excellent communication skills - Proficiency in English (B2/C1); knowledge of a second language, preferably German, is an asset About the Company: The company takes pride in providing a comprehensive range of competitive benefits to support employees" financial, physical, mental wellbeing, and personal development.
