Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies aligned with project timelines and company goals.
Lead procurement planning, sourcing, vendor selection, price negotiation, and contract finalization.
Build a strong vendor base for electrical, mechanical, and civil materials and services.
Ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and services to meet project requirements.
Manage inventory across multiple project sites and warehouses; ensure optimal stock levels.
Coordinate with internal teams (Projects, Finance, Design, Quality) for seamless supply execution.
Implement supply chain digitalization and ERP-based tracking (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Ensure compliance with all legal, commercial, and taxation aspects of procurement.
Monitor supplier performance, conduct audits, and ensure adherence to delivery and quality standards.
Optimize transportation, logistics, and freight management for cost and time efficiency.
Prepare and present SCM reports to senior management and support budgeting processes.
