SCM Functional Analyst

In this role, your main responsibility will be to provide functional support and expertise for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Supply Chain Management (D365 FO SCM) system. You will work closely with business users to understand their requirements and translate them into system solutions. Additionally, you will be involved in system configuration, testing, training, and support activities to ensure the successful implementation and operation of the D365 FO SCM system. - Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze their requirements. - Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system design. - Configure the D365 FO SCM system to meet the business needs. - Conduct system testing to ensure the quality and accuracy of the implemented solutions. - Provide training and support to end users to maximize system adoption and efficiency. To excel in this role, you should have: - Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Supply Chain Management. - Experience in gathering requirements, conducting system configuration, and providing user support. - Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Relevant certifications in D365 FO SCM will be an advantage.
