Scientist 2 - Animal Health

You will be responsible for the synthesis and purification of assigned molecules/experiments, as well as conducting process development activities for the assigned molecule. Additionally, you will support the scaling up of developed processes in pilot plant and large-scale manufacturing processes. Your role will also involve providing complete support for Tech Transfer activities by closely collaborating with cross-functional teams. You are expected to add value to processes through innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Synthesis and purification of assigned molecules/experiments - Process development activity for the assigned molecule - Support scaling up of developed processes in pilot plant and large-scale manufacturing processes - Provide complete support for Tech Transfer activities by working closely with cross-functional teams - Add value to processes through innovation - Understand and analyze reports received from the Analytical department (NMR, Mass Spectrum, IR, HPLC, GC, etc.) - Partner with ADL to process samples for analysis as per requirement Qualifications Required: - Relevant educational background in chemistry or related field - Prior experience in synthesis, purification, and process development - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret analytical reports - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams If there are any additional details about the company in the job description, please provide them.
