You will also actively participate in process development activities for the assigned molecule, as well as provide support for scaling up developed processes in the pilot plant and large-scale manufacturing processes. Your role will be crucial in ensuring complete support for Tech Transfer activities by closely collaborating with cross-functional teams. An essential aspect of your responsibilities will be to add value to processes through innovation. You will be expected to understand and analyze reports received from the Analytical department, which may include NMR, Mass Spectrum, IR, HPLC, GC, among others. Additionally, you will work closely with the Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL) to process samples for analysis as per the project requirements.
