Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Scientific Sales Manager located in Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Delhi & Kolkata. The Scientific Sales Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, presenting and demonstrating our digital health solutions, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and foster product development. The role also involves training and mentoring sales representatives to enhance team efficiency.

Qualifications

Experience in Sales and Business Development
Knowledge in the healthcare industry and digital health solutions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to conduct market research and develop sales strategies
Capacity to build and maintain client relationships
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Previous experience in a similar role within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
