Science and Mathematics Teacher

As a Science and Mathematics Teacher, you will be an integral part of the academic team, bringing your strong subject expertise and student-centric approach to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment. Experience in utilizing digital tools or smart classrooms will be beneficial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Teach Math/Science curriculum following school guidelines and board (CBSE/State) standards. - Prepare lesson plans, class materials, and worksheets aligned with learning objectives. - Conduct experiments and demonstrations (for Science) and encourage problem-solving skills (for Math). - Create and evaluate classwork, homework, assessments, and exams. - Monitor and analyze student performance, offering feedback and additional support as needed. - Maintain discipline and cultivate a positive and respectful classroom atmosphere. - Employ various instructional strategies to cater to different learning styles. - Utilize digital learning tools, projectors, or learning apps for effective teaching. - Manage academic data and reports through the school's digital platform. - Engage in PTMs, ensuring regular communication with parents/guardians. - Share student progress, achievements, or concerns promptly and professionally. - Participate in school events, academic workshops, and training programs. - Support science/math-related activities such as Olympiads, exhibitions, or competitions. Qualifications & Skills: - B.Sc./M.Sc. in the respective subject. - Experience: 12 years preferred; Freshers with subject proficiency are welcomed. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in English. - Digital literacy including Google Classroom, Smart Boards, etc. - Passion for teaching and child development.
