Your contribution will be crucial in shaping the future of education technology and empowering individuals in their educational journey. **Key Responsibilities and Duties:** - Develop and maintain strong relationships with school principals, administrators, and decision-makers. - Conduct regular visits to schools to showcase company offerings and enhance brand visibility. - Strategically generate leads and convert them into potential clients through targeted outreach. - Drive B2B sales activities and meet set sales targets effectively. - Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless onboarding and service delivery processes. - Gather valuable feedback from the field to enhance services and improve customer satisfaction levels. - Represent the company professionally and ethically in all external interactions. - Maintain accurate records of school visits, generated leads, and successful sales in the CRM system. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** - Possess a blend of sales acumen and experience relevant to the educational sector. - 3 to 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, field marketing, or educational outreach. - Demonstrated success in lead generation and relationship management. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster strong partnerships. - Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset to achieve sales goals effectively. - Willingness to engage in fieldwork and travel within the assigned territory. - Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably Education or Marketing. In this full-time role, you will undergo 2 weeks of structured training to equip you for success.
