This is a full-time on-site role for a School Psychologist at Eklavya Model Residential School (EMRS) located in Baripada. The School Psychologist will be responsible for providing counseling and mental health support to students, conducting psychological assessments, and developing intervention plans. Other duties include collaborating with educators and parents to address student needs, implementing prevention programs, and promoting a healthy school environment.

Qualifications

Psychology and Mental Health skills
Counseling experience
Proficiency in Psychological Assessment
Knowledge in Medicine as it relates to mental health
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with educators, staff, and parents
Bachelor's degree in School Psychology or related field
Experience in an educational setting is a plus
