Key Responsibilities:
• Chief role of the School Executive is to ensure the smooth overall operations of the designated School
branch.
• Corrective & Preventive Measures: Ensure campus cleanliness and infrastructure checks.
• Safety & Security: Prioritize physical security, plan safety drills, and ensure CCTV monitoring. Report
nonfunctional cameras.
• Fire Safety: Supervise fire safety drills and mock exercises.
• Transport Management: Monitor vendor budgets as per company policy.
• Record Keeping: Maintain registers for repairs, checklists, IT, daily CIC reports, asset registers, and breath
analyzer tests.
• Store Management: Verify stock count with invoices, record discrepancies (via video), and maintain accurate
stock levels. Ensure proper distribution of books and uniforms.
