Contact Ms. Tanisha: +919148378013 Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and organized Cricket Coach to develop and lead our schools cricket program. The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching students across different age groups, fostering sportsmanship, improving individual skills, and preparing teams for inter-school competitions. Key Responsibilities: Plan, deliver, and evaluate structured cricket training sessions for students (junior and senior levels). Teach the fundamentals of cricket, including batting, bowling, fielding, and game tactics. Identify and nurture talent, ensuring individual development and team growth. Organize and supervise practice sessions, intra-school matches, and inter-school competitions. Promote teamwork, discipline, fitness, and sportsmanship among students. Coordinate with the PE department to integrate cricket with the broader physical education curriculum. Ensure the safe use of cricket equipment and adherence to school policies during sessions. Maintain records of student progress, attendance, and team performance. Communicate regularly with parents and staff about student development and match fixtures. Attend staff meetings, sports events, and relevant training/workshops. Qualifications & Requirements: Essential: Certified Cricket Coaching Qualification (e.g., ICC/ECB/BCCI Level 1 or higher). Experience coaching children or adolescents in a structured environment. Strong knowledge of cricket rules, strategies, and modern training methods. Ability to manage groups of students with enthusiasm and discipline. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Desirable: Background in teaching or physical education. First Aid/CPR certification. Experience in organizing school tournaments or events.
