Job Description

We are looking for a full time school counselor () for a reputed CBSE school in Ernakulam in order to cater to the students with special needs. Following are some quintessential responsibilities that will be undertaken: Offer one-to-one sessions, evaluate a student’s needs and implement a custom counselling plan. Work with groups, families as well as communities for long-term and stronger mental-health care. Encourage students to discuss emotions and experiences. Help students build resilience and healthy coping mechanisms to improve mental health. Help students define personal goals, create action plans to reach these goals. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
