Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Administer, maintain, and support the
SCCM/MECM
infrastructure.
Deploy Windows operating systems using
OSD (Operating System Deployment)
.
Package and distribute software applications and updates.
Manage
Windows patching
for servers and endpoints.
Monitor system health and troubleshoot client/server SCCM issues.
Maintain SCCM collections, queries, boundaries, and distribution points.
Generate custom reports using
SCCM Reporting Services (SSRS)
or Power BI.
Implement and manage device compliance policies and settings.
Collaborate with security and compliance teams for endpoint hardening.
Maintain up-to-date documentation and SOPs for SCCM operations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience as an
SCCM Administrator
.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM)
.
Experience with
WSUS
,
Group Policy
, and
Active Directory
.
Solid scripting skills using
PowerShell
for automation and reporting.
Strong understanding of Windows client and server environments.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Desirable Skills:

Microsoft certifications (e.g.,
MD-102
,
MCSA
,
MCSE
).
Experience with
Intune/Microsoft Endpoint Manager
for hybrid environments.
Familiarity with third-party patch management (e.g., Adobe, Java).
Knowledge of application packaging tools like
AdminStudio
or
MSI scripting
.
Experience in enterprise environments with 1,000+ endpoints.
