Scan Typist

· Co-ordinate with the doctors, administration, colleagues and patients.

· Verify the billing, scan reports before dispatching the reports.

· Checking all the equipment like scan machine, computer and all other machines working properly.

· Maintain good relation with patients, attendants and consultant etc. Receive them, understand their requirements and guide them appropriately.

· Be helpful and courteous, treat them with dignity and respect.

· Attending telephone calls. Maintain Contact details of doctor.

· Booking Appointments for patients and explain about the charges, preparation for the scan.

· Collecting the history of patient, previous scan reports.

· Prepare the Check list for Nuchal translucency and Tiffa Scans.

· Enter medical information such as patient records, treatments provided by the doctors and enter in the system.

· Preparing scan reports dictated by doctors.

· Dispatching the scan reports, graph and images.

· Maintaining Pre-natal Diagnostic Techniques (PNDT) Register on daily basis and submit

monthly report to PNDT.

· Taking backup from the scan machine.

· Typing the X-ray reports done by the consultants.

· Maintaining Form document on a daily basis & safeguard the record for 2 years.

· To taken from Pre-conception and Pre-natal Diagnostic Techniques (PCPNDT) related Issue.

· To manage forms related to biochemical screening Perkin Elmer related Issue.

· To type report of amniocentesis /cvs villas sampling procedures and assist doctor to handle

· scan machine during procedures.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
