Job Description

As a Change Management Consultant at Accenture, you will be aligned with the strategic priorities of clients to activate human potential for driving enterprise transformation. Your role in the Talent & Organization team will involve helping clients navigate disruption, accelerate growth, and create value while remaining agile in a constantly changing business environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Discover stakeholders' challenges and expectations and define a Change Management strategy to support business transformational change programs - Utilize social and digital technologies in change management and communications - Assist clients in developing their change capability and becoming more agile businesses - Co-create solutions, conduct user review sessions, and run stakeholder agreement meetings - Conduct Change Management Impact Analysis and develop treatment plans - Implement strategies to prepare an organization for the adoption of new business processes - Support Change Measurement activities via a Change Readiness tool - Collaborate with the HR Transformation team to implement HR Systems such as Success Factors and Workday - Work across a dynamic, international team where English is the common language - Coach and mentor junior team members - Contribute to practice-building efforts such as recruiting, training, and attending community events - Travel globally to work with prestigious clients and deliver large-scale transformational change **Qualifications Required:** - MBA/Masters degree - 4 to 8 years of experience in change management-related programs (stakeholder assessment, change impact analysis, organization design, digital communication and engagement, training support, and business readiness) - Techno-functional experience in the successful delivery of HCM Systems implementation (SaaS, Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle Peoplesoft, Taleo) or other cloud solutions is a plus - Ability to articulate the business value of recommendations/plans/strategies - Ability to interpret data, work with analytic models, and utilize advanced technologies and digital tools (e.g., cloud HR, behavior change packages, immersive learning) - Ability to effectively manage stakeholders in a multicultural and global environment - Experience in Digital transformations, RPA implementations, Shared Service setups, and cloud-based implementations will be advantageous - Foreign language capabilities (e.g., Arabic, Japanese, French) will be an added advantage **Additional Information:** - Opportunity to work on transformative projects with key G2000 clients - Potential to co-create with leaders in strategy, industry experts, enterprise function practitioners, business intelligence professionals to shape and recommend innovative solutions leveraging emerging technologies - Ability to embed responsible business practices into client service and professional operations - Access to personalized training modules for developing strategy & consulting acumen to enhance skills, industry knowledge, and capabilities - Opportunity to thrive in a culture committed to accelerating equality through boundaryless collaboration across the entire organization Please note that no additional details of the company were included in the provided job description.
