About the Role

Manager SC Digital Control Tower

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of

  Digital Control Towers (DCTs)

  for global clients.
• Partner with client stakeholders to identify KPIs, data sources, and visibility needs across supply chain functions (demand, supply, logistics, inventory).
• Integrate

  real-time data, predictive analytics, and AI/ML models

  into the Control Tower ecosystem.
• Drive

  scenario planning and what-if simulations

  to improve responsiveness and agility.
• Manage

  end-to-end project delivery

  requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure seamless integration of DCT solutions with existing ERP, planning, and execution systems (SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, etc.).
• Build governance frameworks for

  data quality, supply chain exceptions management, and performance monitoring

  .
• Mentor junior team members and ensure delivery excellence.
• Contribute to

  business development

  by creating client proposals, case studies, and thought leadership content.

Required Skills & Experience

• 812 years of experience in

  supply chain visibility, analytics, or control tower solutions

  .
• Strong understanding of

  end-to-end supply chain processes

  demand, supply, logistics, order management, and inventory.
• Experience with leading

  Digital Control Tower platforms

  (Kinaxis, O9, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, Anaplan, etc.).
• Proficiency in

  data integration, visualization, and advanced analytics

  (Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python).
• Consulting background with experience in

  client-facing roles and transformation projects

  .
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
