Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Lead data science projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop solutions using data science techniques.
Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and machine learning techniques to drive business growth.
Manage and mentor a team of data scientists, providing guidance on best practices and career development.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions using data science tools and technologies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data science, applying this knowledge to improve processes and systems.

Job Requirements

Strong background in data science, with expertise in areas such as machine learning, artificial intelligence, and predictive analytics.
Proven track record of delivering successful data science projects that drive business value.
Excellent leadership and management skills, with experience managing and mentoring a team of data scientists.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Experience working with large datasets and developing scalable data pipelines.
Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies, including agile and DevOps.
