Worst service ever. I didn't received any card in my life after applying for it. And yet on the name of service charge they charge some amount every year and now it has reached 10000+ and it's reflecting on my CIBIL score and no help is available to solve this problem. Plz never apply for sbi card.. It will only give u frustation.

SBI cards are fraud they don't have any commitment. Do you think customer have issues related to card PIN or lost only but your IVR have no other option or to redirect to customer care executive. You are promoting IRCTC SBI Credit card have you checked card is added or have excess to the IRCTC portal.
