My card is blocked no option in IVRS service to unblock my card only visit the Credit Card branch to unblock the card, this is too far from my current location, permanently closing my credit card is better than wasting my time to unblock

I do not have any credit card, yet I am getting a bill for the amount due and the same happened last year too, I do not have any credit card from SBI and the bill came and Rs 3538.82 got auto debited from my account even though I do not have any credit card.
