Worst service........ Un necessary they deduct money from Account. And the customer service also very poor... They won't response any cost. Suggest you dont go with SBI cards....

Horrible customer care in sbi card .....i have been chasing them for a fraudelent expense on my card for tge last two years and tgey just keep adding interest and seek payment .....no one inside actually cares ....the worst customer care experiance ....i would rate them minus star if i can .

They are just making money, they don't care about the customer. I got call from their one of the representative, she was using abusive language. She was getting too personal with me. I don't like the customer service at all. They don't even deserve one star.

Unprofessional . It is more than 31 days that I have not received my credit card. The application is still is process. Please check all the pending process and do the needful. I have already send emails but no responds from any.

Poor service ,my card is despatch 30 november, but today 25 th December I am not receiving a card, nearly 4 times complaint no response
But send the bill amount 1500 + 18percent tax

Very worst experience....customers care are very poor knowledge in their job and also supervisor , no solution to your query for your life time.i never faced this type of customer care.dont waste ur time with customer care.
