Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handle escalated incidents and problems for Saviynt IGA platform.
Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
Develop and maintain Saviynt workflows, access request forms, and provisioning policies.
Customize connectors and integrations using Java, Groovy, REST APIs.
Integrate Saviynt with target systems (AD, LDAP, SAP, databases, cloud apps).
Apply patches, perform version upgrades, and ensure system stability.
Build scripts for reconciliation, role mining, and certification campaigns.
Support access reviews, certification campaigns, and audit requirements.
Work with L2 teams, architects, and business units; provide documentation and KT.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong expertise in Saviynt IGA platform.
Proficiency in Java, Groovy, REST APIs, and SQL.
Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, and Cloud IAM (Azure AD, AWS).
Knowledge of Identity Governance, RBAC, and Access Certification.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management tools (ServiceNow/Jira).

Preferred Skills

Exposure to SailPoint, Okta, or other IAM tools.
Knowledge of OAuth2, SAML, OIDC protocols.
Experience in automation and DevOps practices.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

SLA compliance for L3 incidents.
Successful completion of certification campaigns.
Reduction in audit findings and access-related risks.
Platform uptime and performance metrics.
